I recently put down a deposit on a car sold by Kilby Bridge Car Sales only to discover afterwards that it was an insurance write off. This was not stated anywhere in the advertisement. When I queried it with the sales office I was told it wasn't serious and that I did not need to disclose this to my insurer (who refused to provide cover after disclosing it!). After numerous telephone calls they sa
