Genuinely I found dealing with John and the team a pleasure. Very nice people doing a good job. It isn't flash and fancy, but from the moment I called, John was honest and straight forward. He even picked me up from the station to help me collect the car. I believe I can trust, and would happily recommend them.

Perfect!

The sale process was hassle free and easy, the skoda we purchased was excellent and in perfect condition both mechanically and externally. The staff were lovely and I will definitely be going back to purchase my next car. My friends have also used this garage and had the same standard of service.

I baught a car from James grace cars with in the first week of having it I had problems there are unwilling to help. My head gasket was next to go with in 2 weeks of buying the cars they had it for nearly 2 weeks Stoke 207miles in it and still won't give me recipes for the work done makes me think of the work has been done or not. I wouldn't buy any car off them and would advise other people to st

A citroen C4 purchased with promise of RAC three month warranty.despite two visits to dealer,several phone calls and numerous emails this company have yet to send me this document,It is now 10weeks after purchase and no warranty received,contacting trading standards
