Exceptional service at J B Car Sales

I spend time looking at what owners have said about cars and customer experience with a dealer before I buy a car.

I can confirm that the my experience with J B Cars was as good if not better than the previous reviewer.

It is refreshing, in an industry that has a poor reputation at times, to find someone with honesty, integrity and good customer care.

I spoke to Justin about a Volkswagen Estate I was very interested in. He answered my queries straight away. Due to work commitments I couldn't get to complete the deal for 2 weeks. To take the car off the market I offered a deposit which was accepted. I appreciate that for a dealer ideally the quicker cars move on the better.

When I went to complete the deal I was met at the station by Justin. Then a test drive and paperwork.

Not only did I get high quality car the business was conducted quickly and efficiently allowing me to get the road.

I would not hesitate to purchase another car from Justin and I would highly recommend him to anyone buying a c
