Useless in so many ways
1. When I initially bought car, I got conned into buying a cleaning kit for over £250 that was worth about £20 (my own fault for being so gullible and trustworthy) which SUPPOSEDLY included the car getting a special protective coating.
2 I had to wait a week before I could collect the car because it would take that long to prepare it – yeah, right! When I arrived to collect it the car was dirty inside and out which showed that not only had it not been valeted properly BUT ALSO that it had not had a protective coat applied. So the salesman got a couple of guys from the car cleaning department quickly tried to clean off the most obvious dirt on the outside and inside.
3. This incident also meant I had to return the car to the dealership to get the protective coat I had paid for – an inconvenience but I accepted it to protect the car. After collecting the car, it was apparent that a protective coat had NOT been applied but by then I had realised it was pointless complaining as I was obviously dealing with a
