Dacia duster
Hi my daughter bought a brand new duster in march and when picking it up we noticed it was covered in scratches and also paint defects on the bonnet,the dealer harratts Renault Wakefield Denby dale road said they would replace the bonnet ,and polish out the scratches.also damaged was a rear light And steering wheel cover We are still waiting for these issues to be resolved after nearly 5 months Tim Hargreaves sales executive just keeps telling us he is waiting for a new duster so they can swap the bonnet and replace the light cluster I feel we are just being ignored now ,has we have been into the dealership wrote and rang then only to be told he is busy . we have had a bad experience with the car from day 1 when they also put the wrong number plate on the front of the car and it was scratched all over so it had to go into the paint shop to be polished out ,the steering wheel also was scratched we didn't spot this for a while and we have now noticed that the N S wing has also got paint defect same has the bo
