AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Which I could give a 0 for vehicle quality

Well I bought a vehicle from them as the salesman seemed honest enough (this was my first mistake) took the car on a test drive and all seemed ok. Bought the car and the first night of driving it the engine management light came on, anyway not a major concern as I know the littlest thing triggers these off but the following day the car went into failsafe mode. To cut a long story short even though they kept telling me to take it to their garage to have it fixed it never was and this is after being to two different garages 5 times in 7 weeks! They loaned me two vehicles in the meantime, the first had illegal tyres so I couldn't drive it and the second one had a whole list of problems to long to mention which they took and put a for sale sign back on it straight after I took it back. After telling people at work I have now heard 8 horror stories of people who have either had a bad car from them or a friend has. One even had the diesel pump fall off driving it out. Give up in end and now bought from main dealer.

Great salesman all very polite and cheerful. The car is fantastic so far. Salesman knew plenty about car i bought. Everything sorted for me and was ready to pick up when they said. Well pleased.

have been and picked my new car up from fleetdirect today and just want to say how happy i am with my new car and the level of service i have had from fleetdirect the sales men let me walk round and really made me feel welcome and not been pushy what so ever i will defiantly be coming back again thank you for your help

What a good garage to deal with all staff are really friendly and really helpful there are no pushy sales men just people willing to help the car is fantastic it is my 3 rd car from Fleetdirect and I will definitely be back for another I don't know what these other reviews are about I have never had a problem with them I always feel welcomed well done guys see you in another 3 years

Excellent Service Would 100% recommend!!!!!!
This is our 3rd car now from Fleet Direct. Great pleasure to deal with and no pressure or hassle from any of the sales team. We just simply browse at our leisure choose a new car and agree on a deal. We would defiantly recommend ( and have done ) to family and friends. THANKYOU for making it such a easy process
