NEVER BUY FROM HERE

from Fleet Direct. I also trusted the salesman conducting my business from over 100 miles away, naïve; yes but I had bought several cars this way and found people to be truthful. This was the exception. I purchased a car from Fleet Direct and was told that the car had a full service history, that the condition was excellent and that essential maintenance work had been completed. From the moment I arrived at their premises I was under duress, all they wanted was the money, The paperwork was not completed until after the money had been transferred into their account and car documents withheld until I had to ask for them when departing. A very distressing and unpleasant experience indeed. I discovered that there was little or no service history, that essential work had not been done and that several things on the car were broken. All in all I was lied to. They refused to put anything in writing and now the

Great salesman all very polite and cheerful. The car is fantastic so far. Salesman knew plenty about car i bought. Everything sorted for me and was ready to pick up when they said. Well pleased.

have been and picked my new car up from fleetdirect today and just want to say how happy i am with my new car and the level of service i have had from fleetdirect the sales men let me walk round and really made me feel welcome and not been pushy what so ever i will defiantly be coming back again thank you for your help

What a good garage to deal with all staff are really friendly and really helpful there are no pushy sales men just people willing to help the car is fantastic it is my 3 rd car from Fleetdirect and I will definitely be back for another I don't know what these other reviews are about I have never had a problem with them I always feel welcomed well done guys see you in another 3 years

Excellent Service Would 100% recommend!!!!!!
This is our 3rd car now from Fleet Direct. Great pleasure to deal with and no pressure or hassle from any of the sales team. We just simply browse at our leisure choose a new car and agree on a deal. We would defiantly recommend ( and have done ) to family and friends. THANKYOU for making it such a easy process

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Which I could give a 0 for vehicle quality
Well I bought a vehicle from them as the salesman seemed honest enough (this was my first mistake) took the car on a test drive and all seemed ok. Bought the car and the first night of driving it the engine management light came on, anyway not a major concern as I know the littlest thing triggers these off but the following day the car went into failsafe mode.
