My wife and I purchased a delivery mileage 2017 Range Rover SV Dynamic from Farnell Land Rover in Bradford, who had pre registered to themselves, in July 2017 at cost to us in excess of £130,000.00.

During the first 6 months of ownership the car was plagued with issues relating to the InControl System which controls everything from the parking camera, navigation, bluetooth to rear entertainment system.

Our local Land Rover dealer was offering us incredibly long lead-times to provide us with a loan car - up to 5 weeks ahead of our making a call to their service department and we simply couldn't make these dates work.

After six months of dealing with a range of recurring issues, enough was enough and we booked the car in with Marshall Land Rover Oxford in early 2018.

It turns out that it would have been academic our taking the Range Rover to them in 2017, because the first software fix offered by Land Rover was not released to their dealer network until January 2018 - 6 months after we purchased the
