AVOID and save yourself a lot of time, money and stress!

Car was a nightmare with many problems and was not fixed by their dodgy repairs. They were horrible to deal with and I wish I could take the time back! The are dodgy through and through and used intimidation and avoidance to get rid of you! Do not be intimidated by them! you as the consumer have the rights not them. They will back down if you are persistent enough and remain calm and professional. Do not stand for the way Family Cars treat you ! I have sent my case to trading standards so hopefully that and this review will do some good. I hope this saves you the 4 week nightmare that I had ! STAY AWAY FROM FAMILY CARS BRISTOL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently bought a car from family cars and i can highly recommend them. I spoke to jack over the phone and he was happy to give all the details of the car that I asked for and said that it would be ready to drive away when I came to view.
