Dreadful!

Dreadful! A main dealership with the ethics of a dodgy 1970's car lot owner! My 85 year old Father bought and paid for a used Vauxhall. Promised delivery a week later. After 10 days and many, many broken promises and non-returned phone calls from the "used car sales manager" they finally admitted that they had messed up and sold the car twice. During this time my Father had sold his old car - they gave him a refund and offered to lend him a car for no more than a week while he looked elsewhere for a vehicle.Tried to speak to the General Manager to voice my disapproval but clearly Dad was not important enough for us to get a call back from him personally, instead the GM asked the "used car sales manager" to call us back. Clearly a classic example showing how customers buying used cars just aren't important enough to warrant any customer service or respect. In reality if the GM is too important and busy to get involved with such issues there is no way his line managers will act any different. Disappointed to say the least!
