Just want to take your money and see the back of you.

BMW dealers often try and impress you with their high-sheen dealerships, but behind the gloss, this is one dealer group to avoid. Having been deliberately lied to on a test drive about a very key safety feature of the car, I discovered it was not true only after driving it away. The staff and management didn't want to know, refused to give any details for the dealer principal, ignored pleas to assist and just wanted to see the back of us. The head of sales was belligerent, dismissive and couldn't care less; it was obvious he just wanted to sell as many cars as possible and get rid of us as fast as possible. He also refused to investigate what the salesperson had lied about on the test drive.
