Customer service from Andrew - unpleasant and poor
Dealing with Andrew at the service desk has been the least pleasant of my dealings here since I bought a SsangYong in 2012. Still love the car ! and everyone else in the office is delightful. Andrew is not friendly or up-beat - which is ok I suppose but my most recent dealing with him when I took my car for a service 2 weeks ago - and trying to speak to him about that today - was awful. When I arrived for the service it started with him talking about the letter he had sent me - I said I never received a letter - "well I know it was sent and I remember signing it"- tone of voice very accusatory and condescending : wooaah - Um, well, sorry (he never uses this word !) - but I didn't get it - (signing the bill many hours later I see that they have my address wrong - hmm.) My car failed it's MOT and he tells me it has to be redone within 10 days - but I'm off on half-term holiday with my kids - not due back within 10 days - I say, it would have been good if you could have warned me about that possible eventuality
