D at all costs!
AVOID Tony Hawke at CSN cars like the plague! We bought a car from him with a brand new MOT, found out there was a shuddering whilst braking within a few days. Took it to a local garage and they said it should never have passed its MOT! Tony panicked after trying to avoid the problem initially and paid for it to be fixed. He knew however that we could have handed the car back for a full refund at that point. Wish we had as a couple of months in the head gasket went. Asked Tony for warranty details and he said it wouldn't cover it. I decided to phone up to find out and there was no warranty, he never purchased one!! As soon as he found out I'd rumbled him he purchased a 3 month warranty instead of the 6 month warranty we purchased. This was a useless warranty on a car that didn't move! Of course then there was no warranty to claim on. I then turned to Tony and asked him to fix it as there wasn't a warranty for us to claim on, he refused!
