CARSCENE HORROR

We were sold a vehicle which was un-roadworthy and required multiple repairs. This was only discovered as we took the vehicle for an investigation report. We decided to do this as we felt we could not trust Carscene. We broke down in the first couple of days of having the vehicle and after returning the vehicle, Carscene assured us they had fixed the fault. We trusted them and then broke down again this time on the dual carriageway! The car also had a major component failure in the first three months and the warranty only covered parts so they still made even more money from us from the labour repairs expenses.

The customer service was non-existent and at no point after the sale did we feel treated with respect or as a valued customer. I am so glad that I never have to deal with them again. They have absolutely no shame and should be avoided. Just go to a main dealer and get a years warranty and good customer service.

If you see a good review about Carscene it’s 110% fake - that should be their moto.

I can only comment on my own experience, but it certainly does not reflect the level of service I would expect from a long-established dealer. My vehicle was advertis

Steer clear of Carscene
I bought a car from Carscene in 2009 on finance. Soon after the clutch failed. The air conditioning was broken but they claimed this happened after I had bought it (not true). Then just out of warranty the cambelt broke on the motorway. I was surprised by this premature failure as the schedule showed the cambelt should have been renewed, at the last service stamped by Carscene. Clearly it hadn
