RIPPED OFF!
Part exchanged my 13 year old Volvo + £3300 for 3 year old Vauxhall Insignia. After 1 month had trouble with it starting, rang and was told they would ring back, many phone calls, from me but never returned, text messages (very unprofessional) and emails, saying they would not agree to repair / replace / refund without charge. CAB gave excellent advice. Opened claim online with small claims court, had car repaired at my own cost, had over £3,000 additional costs before it was back on the road. Still going through court although they have disolved the company in June 2018 so hoping I can still recover some costs. He might have reopened another dealership so beware!
