DO NOT BUY. These guys are absolute crooks.
The sales process was actually really good and seamless however, the issue arose as soon as I left the forecourt as car's engine light came on after leaving the forecourt (so much for 100 point check - did they even drive it?). Although the issue was the responsibility of the car dealer, I was passed back and fourth between this warranty provider. This is offered to you by 'BigAssist'/'Warrenties2000' (Google their reviews too). as part of the purchase process. The companies also seem heavily linked and/or the same company, which resulted in the lack of ownership of my fault being absolutely flabbergasting. Why I should be having to deal with a different company for an issue the dealer should be handling under Trading Standards should not happen.
I spent countless hours/days trying to get hold of people, and the lack of staff and/or responses was totally un-acceptable.
The majority of this was pre-covid before they quickly swipe that excuse on this.
