Overall experience of Big Motoring World is poor.

There are a couple of staff who are an exception to this and managed to resolve half of my query.

The car I purchased had developed a number of faults after only having it for 3-4 days. Tyres needed to be replaced which I eventually got the money back for. I discovered the parking sensors were faulty however when I took it for a test drive the salesman told me he disabled it for the purpose of the test drive. Engine coolent level warning come on the dash the day after I purchased it, I topped it up and then 2 weeks later it was low again, turns out there was a leak in the tank.

Supposedly all these cars are thoroughly checked, serviced and MOT before going on sale.

I have since had all these problems resolved and paid for by Big Motoring World but it wasn't without a struggle. After consulting a solicitor, trading standards etc and reading them my rights, letting them know where I stood I eventually got the f

They really went out of their way to make sure that I got a car that was just right for me at a fair price. Worst experience
went with my husband to buy a car , the sale experience was really nice , everbody was nice to the point we had to pick up the car wich was actually unfunctional and we could not leave with it , we paid 6000£ deposit, 595£ insurance (they told us to come with the insurance ready) and 100£ to travel at the location ,and left empy handed and with or money taken , the sales manager , a really unprof

Call us up to tell us that the car is cheapo Got the 90 mile away and they said was a mistake What a waste of time Car giant was very helpful please go there better price better cars

Everything from start to finish was handled with exceptional professionalism. Handover from staff members to complete the transaction was brilliant, everything was explained in enough detail without being pedantic and any and all questions were dealt with quickly and informatively
Happy with everything
Very easy to talk to, being a first time buyer was a scary situation. They explained all the paper work which helped put my mind at ease
