Great experience

I purchased a Range Rover sport from Berkshire specialist cars and it was a great experience. I was allowed to view the car with no pressure, they had time for my queries and allowed me a longer test drive on the car. I saw the car early before it was prepped and there were a few areas that required attention that we agreed would be done. I purchased the vehicle and when I picked it up, everything we had agreed had been done to a high standard. All in all a great experience, I had the pleasure of dealing with Tony for the car who was great and very friendly and approachable.

Best garage ever

I spent almost a month looking for the right vehicle and so visited a number of garages. A number of these garages had been 'economical with the truth' regarding the vehicles I had enquired about. My husband and I used Berkshire Specialist Cars to find a Jeep Wrangler, hard top. Within a day they had found and sourced the exact car we wanted. We purchased it straight away and had the car arrive the next day. Awful. We bought an Audi Q5 from this company for £16000. They sold us the car assuring us that the car was 'in excellent condition' and that it had been through their 'RAC approved' 82 point check' - a tick sheet of the major components of the car checked over by their mechanic. Dont buy a car from these cowboy's

I brought a car recently and after 3 weeks had a serious fault. they had my car 8 weeks and I always had to chase them as they never returned my calls. I have now recieved my car back and have 2 other faults and they dont want to know at all. They gave me 3 different loan cars and each one also went wrong, they werent actual loan cars they were other cars for sale so whoever buys these cars wil
