Great cars, great value and friendly!

Being a single mum of two and on a tight budget I was very nervous about buying a car. Not only it is a daunting experience for a female going into a car sales place, its also an important decision to make when parting with cash and making sure you do get sold a car that actually suits your needs. Berkshire Specialist Cars was the perfect place for me. I was instantly put at ease by the friendly welcoming atmosphere and was offered some refreshment and chance to talk about what I was looking for. At no point was any opinions pushed upon me and I was simply show vehicles that fitted with my budget and needs. I ended up buying a VW Polo and it has lived up to every expectation. It's cheap to run, insure and is so reliable..which was exactly what I wanted. The car itself was in amazing condition and looked like new inside even though it was 8 years old and the price was so reasonable. When I collected the car it was gleaming and smelt amazing and I was chuffed to pieces. I will buy my next car from BSC

I purchased a Range Rover sport from Berkshire specialist cars and it was a great experience. I was allowed to view the car with no pressure, they had time for my queries and allowed me a longer test drive on the car. My husband and I used Berkshire Specialist Cars to find a Jeep Wrangler, hard top. Within a day they had found and sourced the exact car we wanted. We purchased it straight away and had the car arrive the next day. Awful. We bought an Audi Q5 from this company for £16000. They sold us the car assuring us that the car was 'in excellent condition' and that it had been through their 'RAC approved' 82 point check' - a tick sheet of the major components of the car checked over by their mechanic. Dont buy a car from these cowboy's

I brought a car recently and after 3 weeks had a serious fault. they had my car 8 weeks and I always had to chase them as they never returned my calls. I have now recieved my car back and have 2 other faults and they dont want to know at all. They gave me 3 different loan cars and each one also went wrong, they werent actual loan cars they were other cars for sale so whoever buys these cars wil
