I cannot express how much you should avoid this company

We purchased an Octavia vRS estate from this company last month. In the first three weeks the car went into limp mode twice and there was a knocking sound coming from the front passenger side. We took it to a local garage who confirmed that three glow plugs needed replacing and we also needed a new cv joint. Only the glow plugs were covered by the warranty.

We tried to get the garage to inspect and fix it themselves however after a few days of chasing we decided to reject the car as we were still within 30 days of purchase. Wayne replied and accepted our rejection.

A few days later, Andy emailed and said Wayne no longer worked for the company and he would now have to decline our rejection as they had offered to fix the car. He also said it was our fault for buying a high mileage car.

They expected us to make a six hour round trip to drop the car off so they could inspect before fixing anything and then another round trip to collect it. Again, this is our own fault for buying a car so far away.

Court hasn’t ended yet, last hearing in a month! One star is generous

From day one service was shocking. Car wasn’t ready. Part exhange price dropped after agreeing a price. Vehicle had many dangerous faults.
