I have read all the reviews for this Garage, and I know fully well cars go wrong, and you can't make everyone Happy All the Time (".)
But After buying my BMW 520 M Sport Estate, the sales process was seem-less, and everything promised was carried out before collection.
4 weeks later I did sadly have an issue with the vehicle, which the warranty company did say wasn't covered, I called the garage and they were empathetic to this and asked if they could get their own garage to have a look? I dropped the car back to them and expected to have to go away and come back, but they have booked the car in with the local garage who after being told what the issues were had already pre-empted what sensor was likely to be at fault and had it there waiting!!!
By the time I had popped into Berkley for a coffee I was called by Adam who happily told me my vehicle was repaired and back with them ready for me to collect???????
