Car looked brilliant, awful dealer

Bought a car march 2016 dealer was very professional during sale. Car was fully cleaned before collection. 2 hours after collection engine light lit up and upon contact with dealer told it was due to 'tescos awful petrol' gave benefit of doubt and put petrol additive in as advised. Problem wasnt solved but told to take to garage of dealers choice as car had 6 months warrenty. Long story short after 2 months of weekly visits to the garage after the light coming back on we were offered a refund. Upon delivering the car back had 110 deducted from refund as i had activated the warrenty, this was under dealer instructio. Charged due to car not being clean like when collected. Professionalism went out the window after first few times of contact and made to feel an inlch tall by both the dealer and his chosen garage. Will mot reccommend anyone here and only reccommend to stay clear!

Amazing service from Simon, from the first phone call, Hinckley to long Eaton to purchase a car. Had a problem few days of having the car Simon was very quick in getting it sorted, i would defo be back to purchase a car from Simon , he will go above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy with what they are buying...
