Great Service

We visited Auto Pavilion looking for a small 4x4 suzuki grande vitara. It was priced very competitively & a nice car, until I spotted a Lexus Rx 300 the salesman Chris was great he showed no annoyance in the change in choice, after having spent some time going through the Suzuki documents.

We were offered another test drive in the Lexus no pressure at all. Chris didn't want us to commit to the sale unless we were happy

A few minor things on the car like scratches on the bumper and bonnet we mentioned just to try get them to reduce the price "as you do" There was not a lot of movement in the price. Lexus was priced a lot higher though. We payed £50 deposit on it and returned to collect the car two weeks later. We were so suprised the bonnet and Bumper had been resprayed and new reverse sensors fitted.

We have had the Car for three months now and it has been perfect, touch wood !!

We have recommended them to my Mum and Brother in law.

Closest experience to buying from new.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!
We bought a BMW Z4, driving 2 hours to see it having been told it was ready to drive away. When we started it up the engine management light came on, and there was an obvious knocking.
