Totally recommended.

As a single mum, I decided it would be best to have an independent RAC inspection done on my proposed new car at Auto Bristol.

The report came back pretty good with a few minor points which Paul quickly had put right by his local repair garage. I was given a full invoice with a list of everything that had been completed.

All good so far until I realised that I have made a very stupid mistake with my private registration plate on the car which I was part exchanging. Long story but Paul went completely out of his way to ensure that I didn't lose my beloved plates.

Paul had nothing to gain except a major headache from helping me sort out my mess and I shall be forever grateful to him and his friendly team for their professionalism.

I've now had my car for a couple of months and couldn't be happier with the choice I made in buying from Auto Bristol.

I purchased a car from Auto Bristol recently. The salesmen were very friendly and professional and the car was reasonably priced. Unfortunately the car broke down on the day of purchase. Because it was sold with free breakdown cover I had it towed back to them. They offered to fix the car straight away but I peferred a refund. I had expected more integrity from them because I assumed, with the garage being quite busy when I arrived, and the man who I dealt with appearing very pleasant, that it was popular for good reason. too many worries to list really... dealers went from decent and polite to absolute nightmares, dishonest valuations, cover-ups, broken promises, threats etc. 'take me to court then' (to get my money back for a seriously misrepresented/overpriced car) I will & i'll win but never wanted this.... don't go there

Do not trust their claims about AA cover

Having bought a car less than a month ago from this garage, I was told that it came with a years AA recovery. I couldn't possibly have got a better car for a lower price anywhere else in Bristol. The guys are real professionals, very good at what they do. Last but not least, the cheaper price doesn't mean a drop in quality - all the cars they sell are in a great condition.
