Purchased an Audi Q7, within 2 days the car broke.

Purchased an Audi Q7, within 2 days the car broke.

They tried to tell me the warranty because its wear and tear (2 days bear in mind) and it is not cover, but out of goodwill they will collect the car and rectify it free of charge and deliver it back.

They then collect the car, fix it and then send me an invoice for travel, diagnostics, labour and parts for everything and then tell me I have to collected it once I have made payment, without payment they will not release the car.

I refused to pay considering that they stated in writing that out of goodwill they will get the car fixed and returned free.

The car is 140 miles away and I have no way of getting to them even if I had time to do so!

After 14 weeks the car is still under the ASM Performance name and not in my name.

The worst sales person I have ever met in both mannors and sales ability (Steve) even lies saying I said it is ok about the V5 and I will sort it...

Why would I say its ok that I have to pay £25 for a V5 something by la

I Purchased my S3 from ASM Performance and the service was amazing from start to finish. The car was exactly as described and whatever I needed, Steve was a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend

AVOID! I purchased a BMW 1 series convertible HJ58 HBZ at the end of November 2017 and the owner couldn't have been nicer. However 2 days after buying the car the engine was 'missing' intermittently.
