Disappointed

I rang this company to be told I could part-ex at one price and then when I arrived after a 2.5hr drive with a baby on my own told almost £1.5k less. I was seen promptly on arrival and shown the wrong car which wasn't on the four court and short walk and then told the car I wanted was actually £2k more than advertised. Big confusion. I rang them after my visit and they told me the price I was given was incorrect on my visit and was less. To add insult to injur I was told the reason my car is worth less money than I was told over the phone... That simply my car was "less desirable" and much harder to sell. My car is a BMW 2011 convertible in great condition. We are still in June16! I was wanting an estate car which they had. Pretty upset my day was wasted. They never took my contact details so I guess they won't be negotiating or apologising. I will source elsewhere.

not very professional in dealing after selling the car... avoid if possible.. buy only if you are local and get the car checked thoroughly...as they will not respond emails or phone call after selling the cars...
