Don’t buy from here

I bought a Mercedes E350 Convertible from Richlee, at the end of February 28 miles into owning the car I had a red warning come up on the dash telling there was a power steering fault. I pulled over and called them and they left me on the side of the M25 for 3 hours and a further 3 hours at South Mimms services waiting for the AA. The AA arrived and plugged into the car and I was told the steering

Where to start! I’m giving this company one star as we had a good sale experience and liaised with Jane and Andy regarding an ongoing issue and they were very professional. The problem started when we had to contact the owner Richard! poor trick to play!!!

Their not even 1 star but I had to choose something...... I went to Richlee to part exchange my car for a 1 series BMW attended their offices on Friday 8th December they had ample opportunity to check my vehicle and I should have thought that this would have been done as a matter of course they proceeded to do me a deal on my part exchange against the BMW 1 series and I paid there an then THE DEA

This is the 4th car we have purchased from Richlee over 10 years and they have grown but have not lost there friendless approach Colin was very professional and not pushing a sale he did everything we required excellent.Andy the technician even repaired my wife's mini after BMW said there was no problem Brilliant guys .
