STEER CLEAR Absolutely disgusting, sold me a Jaguar F Pace for £21300, when I had transferred the money to them Mike then disclosed the vehicle had a break problem/severe judder, haven’t resolved the problem, I’ve now been fighting with their legal representation “Legal Solutions4U” and turns out that it was advertised and sold with “full service history” when I went to Jaguar 2022 & 2023 are missing, that’s actually Fraud by Deception and they are hiding behind the paperwork I signed in good faith, taking this further

The car I purchased was top quality

I had an issue with my buying experience that was due to the lack of care from one of the sales staff. However, the care and direction from the owner of the business came to the fore and this leads me to believe that this is a decent company with great cars. so disappointed with the level of communication at Cheshire Performance. I spoke with them regarding the sale of my 2016 Subaru WRX STI 2 weeks ago and a price was agreed. I didn't speak with Cheshire Performance for a week then called them on Monday to speak with them about arranging a time to drop the car with them, I was asked if I could bring the car on a weekday so I booked today (Friday) off
