GREAT, untill something goes wrong, then absolute rubbish!
The following is a summary of my experiences of buying a car from TTS car sales.
In late July 2025 my wife decided to replace her old car of 20 odd years with a newer model, for medical reasons she needed the replacement to be automatic.
She found a Red 2016 Peugeot 2008 model NK 66 KFX, only 7000 odd miles on the clock, so after a quick test-drive round the block, we bought it…£10,400 cash.
After a few days of owning the Peugeot she asked me to reverse her car off our drive, our drive slopes down slightly from the road, (an angle of 12?°, so app 20% or 1 in 5) so nothing too dramatic, she complained it JUDDERED.
I got the car onto the road but also became aware of the juddering action.
We contacted Love Warranty who had a 6 month warranty contract on the vehicle and were advised to “take the car to a VAT registered garage” for diagnostic of the fault and estimate for repair.
This ‘apparently’ simple instruction proved close to impossible, we could find NO garage or transmission facility who were able
