Very Disappointing. AVOID !

Service and enthusiasm evaporated between paying the deposit and picking up a 2nd hand Nissan Qashqai. The dealership insisted we pick up the vehicle at 4:00 pm in the afternoon in November despite asking if this could be done the next day in daylight hours. Although we checked the vehicle as much as possible in the dark, it was only a couple of days later that I noticed the front tyre tread seemed dramatically less that when first viewing the car. As we were taking the vehicle on a trip through Europe at the end of January 2015, we decided to get it serviced three months or 5,500 miles earlier than required, at another Nissan Dealership in central London. We had owned the car for just over a month and put approximately 1000 miles on the clock. The premature service report highlighted the tyres as illegal, requiring replacing. Although we cannot prove this, I strongly suspect the tyres were replaced between first viewing, and purchasing the vehicle. Either way, despite the Nissan's promise of worry free purchasing from a Dealership, we have been advised, it is probable this vehicle left Wilsons with illegal tyres or at the very least, should have been warned that the car would never legally make it to its next service in March. I have not approached Wilsons on this as they never responded to our phone calls before and expect the same lack of interest regarding this complaint. AVOID !

Nissan let down by service department
Purchased my new Nissan from Wilson's and have been unlucky to be tied to them for 3 years warranty and servicing. The main problem is the service department don't seem to care about you or your car. I have experience the terrible service first hand and Its not getting any better. If you phone for an update on you car your left in the dark and we are talking about a main dealer here not a unde
