Appalling arrogant and rude customer service and they STILL HAVE MY MONEY
Approach WestDrive Kia with extreme caution. I am existing Kia customer and recently agreed to buy not 1 but 2 vehicles from Westdrive. Interestingly spending £35,000 doesn't buy you anything but sarcasm and sloppy service. After several unfortunate conversations and WestDrive totally failing to call on an agreed date, we pulled out of the sale. WestDrive refused to refund the £1000 deposit and have not had the courtesy to respond to our letter, instead choosing to hide behind an automaton from national Customer Services who kept saying she was sorry but was entirely impotent. Interesting that Kia UK don't care about the representation of their brand. The sales staff at Kia can barely string a sentence together and need to go in a basic sales course. They should also remember that manners cost nothing. Perhaps they could spend some of my £1000 on some staff training and a heart. My mother is having treatment for cancer which is exceptionally stressful and I can't afford to lose £1000. Thanks Kia, for nothing.
