Lovely until they have your cash!

Bought a Fiesta in November 2015. Signed all the papers to finalise the deal and they had the cash. On going to leave I asked for the spare key etc as I thought they had just forgotten as it was almost closing time but was told there wasn't one along with no manual, no proper service history - only the one they have done. Which I now have serous doubts about. Pointed out that not all paint touch-ups had been done and was fobbed off with the phrase "we gave you a good trade-in" and promised to get the paint and give me a call........still waiting. Tried to speak with them to be ignored.

I had to have all the brakes and pads replaced less than one year after purchase (no advisory on the MOT) and last week the front suspension snapped. Should have just bought a bus pass - would have had better value for money.

Very unprofessional business and would advise anyone looking to buy a pre-owned car to avoid this business at all costs unless you have money to burn and like to be treated poorly.

very poor customer service levels & tell lies
I bought a car at the beginning of December 2016, I was told upon purchase of this car it had all been checked over and serviced before hand over. THE MOT IS CLEARLY A DODGY 1 THE SERVICE CLEARLY HAS NOT BEEN DONE !!! I have had to have this in the garage to get the tracking done, which I was aware needed to be done which is fine. But the garage also had a good check over of the car and i
Excellent friendly helpful dealership, nice car.
I travelled up by train from Birmingham to view a Saab. Paul offered to collect me from the station which gave me an instant feeling of worth and inspired confidence. The car was in excellent condition, just minor issues such as a couple of small parking dings and couple of small paint blemishes plus worn ish tyres and a few stone chips commensurate with a 5 year old vehicle, otherwise as mint

SAVE YOUR TIME, SAVE YOUR MONEY & SPEND ELSE WHERE.!!!
Bought a motor from them only to find out that the GOLD level warranty they love to sell with (Customer Protect) is a waste of money as it doesn't cover most major parts of the car. Felt really bad as this is a CON, they knew there was a problem with the car and I was told to claim it through Customer protect. Will make a formal complaint with the trading standards as this sort of business should
Stay away
Brought a car and soon had problems needing to spend more than the car price. Even the warranty which they sell does not cover more than 1000£. So please check before you buy.
