Avoid this dealer

Bought Saab 9-3 Convertible at a distance (200+ miles) during lockdown and was reassured as dealer is signatory to the AA Dealer Promise. The advert stated that the car had been "Exceptionally well maintained both aesthetically and mechanically. Drives superbly and everything on the vehicle working as it should". On delivery via transporter, Main Beams would not lock on (should have failed new MOT supplied), engine not reaching running temperature, electric door mirror inoperative, windscreen washer nozzle barely working and car leaking (convertible roof). Required new headlamp col switch, thermostat and sensor, anti freeze, mirror motor and washer parts. £150 pounds worth of parts not counting my time to do the work. Dealing with the leaking roof/door seals with towels for the time being. There is also water in the boot getting in from somewhere. Air con inoperative (compressor fault). Tracking is way out (front tyres v worn inside edge) but track rods so rusty that National Tyres would not attempt to adjus

ARROGANT CAR DEALER

I purchased vehicle of these people just recently on July 4th 2016. 25 days later on July 29 the vehicle wouldn't start and after calling out AA was told the battery is a dud and probably was when sold to me. Purchase with care

I thought bad practice in car dealers was long gone.Purchased a lancer back in December 2014 they renewed the Mot I know I did not check the new Mot as this placed in the envelope with service history.Not until I arrived back home I checked the Mot and found it to have a steering rack advisory . Nightmare

Everything you'll ever fear of a second hand car dealer! Refused to refund us even after obtaining 2 independent diagnostic reports showing engine to be faulty and car unsafe to drive. Complete disregard for consumer rights. We took them to court and won, but will never get the 13 months of absolute hell back.
