!!! AVOID !!!

"If we've got it, you can flaunt it" (their motto) Yeah, right. We've really flaunted it last Friday with your Clarion Range Rover. Thanks to Elliot and Wallis and Son. When arrived at the car it had torn sun roof cover and some tiny floor mats dangerously moving under my feet. Car moving very reluctantly even in sport mode (Was this not supposed to be V8?) The whole drive to Soham spent by struggling to make the aircon work which only seemed to have very cold and very hot setting with nothing in between. Managed to pick up my daughter for her prom. After 10 minutes queuing for the entrance the car overheated and had to be turned off. With my daughter now very upset (obviously) I had to call a friend to pick her up. This ruined my daughter’s arrival to the prom as she was the only one with ordinary car. Rang Active rentals on Cambridge number only to reach call centre somewhere in Leeds and was told they can only email Cambridge branch to get

Family Business with Family values
A great Family Business who have been trading for over 80 years from their Cambridge site in Barton with family values and customer service second to none. I will use them garage again after I had a issue that the dealer could not fix with out spending alot of time looking at it and charging me £££ I took it to Wallis's garage got a FREE loan car while mine was fixed in a few days and had a valet
Main dealer service levels without the pomp
I've been using Wallis & Son to service my two cars for the last 7 years after I fell out of love with main dealer costs and arrogance. They are about as far from an "under the arches" garage as it's possible to get without being a main dealer, with a spotless workshop, great fleet of "free" loan cars, and all the facilities and capabilities you'd expect to work competently on today's cars.
