I got in touch with this, and I use this term loosely, "person" only to find out that his attitude to customers is disgusting. If something doesn't go his way then, in his words, "you're a loser". That's his favorite word, "loser". He is a childish & arrogant man who does not deserve your business. I would go as far as to say potentially quite violent too. Do your own research.
