Great Customer Service!
Brilliant service from start to finish. I purchased a lovely one-owner Freelander 2 TD4 Auto from Richard around a month ago. The test drive was perfect, and we collected the car a few days later. Unfortunately after a couple of days, the car started to become hesitant to select gear. This could be cured by switching the car off and on again initially, but it developed until it eventually became impossible to move the car. Richard had the car collected and taken back to his usual workshop where the automatic gearbox oil was changed, but unfortunately this did not make any difference. He then had it taken to Eddie Rose automatic transmissions in Mansfield to diagnose the problem further. Unfortunately for Richard it turned out to need a full gearbox rebuild and new Torque Converter at a cost of £2000. The car was delivered back to me in full working order and I am over the moon with it. He even gave me a copy of the gearbox work invoice so I could benefit from the warranty. First Class!
