Excellent customer service, went above and beyond

After shopping around for a used car, I came across Trade Price Cars. I read their reviews before I visited them, and they didn’t disappoint. When I arrived I was looking around the car I was interested in, and unlike other showrooms I wasn’t approached straight away and was given the time to have a good look at it. I met with Keith, who showed me around the car and allowed me to take it for a test drive. Keith was really friendly and just like the reviews said he wasn’t pushy at all. I needed a car pretty quickly and Keith went above and beyond to make the necessary arrangements for me to collect it the following day. He even text me on his day off to tell me who I needed to speak to when I went to collect the car. Their customer service is the best I have come across. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

Happy to do Business again

I looked at Autotrader and shortlisted a few cars, after looking at the reviews, I narrowed it down to Tradepricecars and another dealer due to their 5star Rep. I ended up paying £100 deposit and having Tradeprice cars reserve the BMW for me.
