I'm not the sort of person to write reviews online however after reading the previous review I just had to give you my thoughts. I've just retired from the Taxi trade and needed to sell my 8 seater Transit. Not only were Tower Hill Garage the only dealer interested in helping me with a vehicle that had done 227k they were also able to sell the taxi to the trade at a price that I was very pleased with. Prior to this as a family we have bought 5 cars through them and on each occasion the service has been nothing short of outstanding. All of these 2nd hand vehicles have never had any problems except for normal things such as tyres, brake pads etc. The fact that the previous poster has suggested they weren't allowed to test drive a car is ridiculous. I have driven many cars there that I haven't bought and at no time have I been put under any pressure or hard sell situation. As a purchaser of anything 2nd hand 'you' have a responsibility to make sure you are happy before proceeding. It also important to remember that any 2nd hand purchase of any product (not just cars) has risk attached to it. Which brings me neatly on to my conclusion. I'm very nervous of 2nd hand cars but every car we have bought from Tower Hill has been excellent. If you are looking for good, honest, friendly advice then you really can't go wrong here.

I would not hesitate to recommend Tower Hill garage. Paul and Alan were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. A few teething problems with the car I purchased were dealt with efficiently and the car delivered home quickly even though they were pushed for time Nice to deal with understanding and professional people.

Fantastic garage!

I bought my car in 2015. Any problems that have occurred over those two years have been fixed promptly and to a high standard. Very friendly and courteous EVERY time.

I have recently purchased my new car from Tower Hill and have not only been ecstatic with the car but the service received as well. Paul one of the sales managers took me through the purchase from start to finish and was Exactly how a sales person should be. H
