Awful Service
On entry I was met by a lovely receptionist who said if you require any help please do not hesitate to come and ask me. I walked around and spent some time viewing cars and noticed
- one salesman on the computer serving a customer (salesman 1)
- another just standing nearby the first salesman listening to a conversation (approximately 3 meters away) (salesman 2)
- one on a computer by himself (salesman 3)
- and a final one in the office on entrance seemed like a manager (salesman 4)
while walking around not a single salesperson approached me to see if I was ok, so I decided to approach the receptionist and chose to ask her the question of “do you have a xc40 on display for me to view” the receptionist politely jumped to action and approached salesman 2 (one can assume because she realised he was available too) to which he shook his head from a distance as though he was busy? (drawbacks of a small showroom customers can see and hear everything) On return the receptionist said I am sorry but if you take a
