Oh Dear! BEWARE

If you must buy a car here, please make sure anything agreed is in writing and that you have photographic evidence of completion before you collect (it might save you the 140 mile, 4 hour, wasted trip I had!). Do not trust these people at their word at all. Any attempts to communicate via email will most likely be ignored. If they say they will service the car, ask what this will entail. Be advised, after sales service seems non existent..!?!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

From start to finish the service offered was appauling - The vehicle purchased was ok however we were promised a full service history was included in the sale (hence the higher price) and turns out this did not even exist! We chased several times only to be met with the most rudest replies, in the end we gave up fighting. I am leaving this review to warn other customers to avoid buying a car from

LOOK BEYOND THE SMILE - honesty and integrity questionable

I bought a car from these people and they came across as decent and friendly but it was not to last as problems getting hold of the service book for the car proved fruitless. First, I was assured that the service book was in their work shop but they could not find it. Then I was told it was with the warranty company. TERRIBLE - AVOID THIS DEALER. I phoned and made the point to the dealer that it would be a 4hr round trip of 170 miles to see this car and could i confirm the details on the advertisement. He phoned me back 10 mins later and said he had been outside and given it the once over inside and out.
