Disgusting

I would highly recommend that you do not buy a car off this garage in September I bought a Nissan quashqai had problems In the first 12 hours, extremely loud since having it it has needed 4 new injectors, a full engine re build as my cam belt snapped, oil leak in gasket cover and oil leak in sump that they welded which I didn't know should absolutely never be welded ??I have been refused anymore repairs due to leaving a poor review. I had to take things further to the finance company who can not help me as Richard and Ross are saying that I'm absolutely crackers, they have not done these repairs to my car and they don't know what I'm talking about to but of course they did do all the repairs and know exactly what I'm talking about but as I cant prove what they have told me via phone calls and they have neve once provided me with any receipts for any repairs they have carried out I can not prove it. I'm left with a broken car and zero support. The turbo is now failing and needs a brand new sump costing over

Would use again and again

I've been using The Car Centre Northwich for a number of years now, have always found them to be upfront and honest, finding me a car to fit my needs. Would recommend them to anyone and will be going back when it's time to change vehicles.

I've taken my vehicle to The Car Center a couple of times for service & MOT, every time has been stress free and painless. The guys know what they are doing and are helpful when explaining things.

BIGGEST SCAM GOING BE WARNED

So part exed my car which for some reason wasn't on the finance agreement for my new car which had paint peel and none stop problems. Then after the problems started arising they offered no help and said I was stuck with the car. After finally getting out of the agreement I started getting parking tickets daily. But wait, not only from the car I part exchanged but from the Car I gave them back too

I applied to the car centre Northwich for finance, I got a call back off a lovely sales woman called corry, she took details off me, she rang back later and asked when I could visit, I went to the car centre on the Friday and picked up my new car on the Tuesday, I am delighted with the attention and to the explanations and the professionalism of corry with me to when I signed for the car, nothing

Avoid at all costs

Bought a Peugeot 207 in march, its now october and its been in the garage 4 times had rac out to it four times,the car wasnt serviced before I bought,as I had to buy plugs to fix myself,after care are not very helpful,im now left with a pile of rubbish and four years of debt ,dont go near this place. Con men
