Worst service ever !!
Please avoid this branch like the plague. They will ruin your car an not accept liability. My X6 broke down twice!! once when the prop shaft snapped and made a hole in the oil sump which lead to an oil spillage causing the engine to starve! This prop shaft was a faulty recall to begin with. Synter Solihull claimed to have fixed this prop shaft however the car broke down two weeks later and had to be taken back to the dealers. They refused to check the engine stating that the DPF and TURBO needed replacing, as they had quoted me a hefty price I told them I would take it to an independent dealer and get dpf & turbo repaired and bring it back so they can check the engine. Mechanic at the garage did a diagnostic check and stated that no point fixing DPF or any other parts because the engine had failed completely due to the oil leak caused by the faulty prop shaft. When i contacted Andy at Sytner and explained what the mechanic had said he told me to bring the car back! till now nothing has been done to repair
