Watch for slipperiness

I recently purchased a second hand volvo S60 form this dealer- at £4000, i expected it to be free from faults excepting for fair wear & tear in view of the 59505 mileage.

4 weeks from purchase after washing the car I suffered a bulb failure on the passenger headlight; I could also see water ingress in the headlight unit. I spoke to the dealer to advise him of this, and reluctantly, he agreed to look at the vehicle. He has advised me that the power pack needed repolacing and he would do it at £150 cost. I advised that this was unatsifactory as I would not expect this to happen within such a short time and expected it to be repaired FOC.

The dealer refuses to take ownership of the issue and resolve.- I'm fed up with him and would reject the vehicle if I didn't like the rest of it so much.
