Terrible ongoing experience with these guys... Went and collect the car, which had no v5 or service history (which on the phone was told it had part bmw and part bmw specialist service history). They never mentioned anything about a completely rotten wheel arch. on the way home I noticed a grinding noise coming from the rear brakes, this was the hand brake had rotted away and was causing rubbing.

Bought a car from this garage. There were a couple of issues which we were assured would be attended to. As usual empty promises. Like the other person who wrote a review I to received two emails telling me that if I wanted a new car I should find Citroen dealership that sells new cars. All I had asked for was two simple jobs, they were not considered because it wasn’t going to be cost effective.

Brought a car from here to find within a week serious dangerous faults. Bad repairs done and most issues ignored. Eventually got a refund, though the guy i got the car from wasnt happy i had and i recieved abusive emails. Problems have been passed on to trading standards.
