Awful customer service at with Barons BMW Kentish Town. DO NOT USE!!!

Do not use this company. They damaged my car and would not take any responsibility.

We brought our BMW to Kentish Town Barons as there was an issue with the brakes - see below for full story. It was in perfect working order, nothing on the computer to say there was an issue. When we got the car back only 4 days later, the car now had a flat tyre. From coming in with no issue with the tyre, it's now flat. It's not science.

They would not even acknowledge that it may be their fault, blaming it on me. And Sharmaine, the customer representative dealing with us was incredibly rude as was the manager of the place (apparently he's never heard anyone curse before). We will never use these again even if it means driving out of London to get our BMW fixed. I'm now with a brand new BMW with a flat tyre trying to find someone to fix it on a Friday night.
