Amazing car dealer.

We live just over two hundred miles away from Stoke but saw a lovely car online at' Specialist Cars '. After going on holiday and looking again it was still for sale. Reading the reviews it was quite obvious that the owner was a very reputable man & we had no hesitation going ahead & buying .

We had our car delivered & were very pleased.

Just after a week later a problem occured. We rang & spoke to Umesh Samani who said he would fix it.

After ringing a main dealer & costing the fault , we had the part ordered, picked up & fitted in our local area.

Within no time at all the money was back in our bank account in good faith.

We cannot say how much we appreciated the after sale service & would highly recommend this company to anyone in the U.K.

My Father & I purchased 2 cars on one day from Umesh and both cars were really nicely prepared and we were trusted with independent test drives over 30 minutes each, I found Umesh to be really helpful, professional and with a eye for detail and customer service that is very rare these days, would recommend to anyone looking for a nice example of a low mileage used car

Well worth the time travelling to view

I travelled by train (4 1/2 hours) from Somerset to Stoke- on-Trent to view one specific Suzuki Vitara. It was exactly as advertised, I then took 3 1/2 hours to drive home. Umesh was highly accommodating and the 8 hours travelling proved to be an investment well worth the effort. Highly recommended.
