Amazing Customer Service

Found the VW Tiguan on line and watched the best by far of all video presentations on the vehicle

After an email enquiry and a phone call to discuss a possible part exchange with my car, a deal was done subject to seeing the car at the garage

I drove 200 miles from Devon to Stoke on Trent to be met by Umesh in person

His garage was very well presented and his staff were welcoming

Umesh took care of all paperwork making the experience hassle free

I cannot stress enough how genuine and helpful Umesh was to me

The car came with a new MOT

Full service including new cam belt and water pump

A brand new set of carpets and a full tank of fuel

He even made me a fresh set of personalised number plates

If anyone is looking for a quality vehicle from a quality garage then you must give Umesh a visit

Well worth the time travelling to view

I travelled by train (4 1/2 hours) from Somerset to Stoke- on-Trent to view one specific Suzuki Vitara. It was exactly as advertised, I then took 3 1/2 hours to drive home. Umesh was highly accommodating and the 8 hours travelling proved to be an investment well worth the effort. Highly recommended.
