Amazing Customer Service

Found the VW Tiguan on line and watched the best by far of all video presentations on the vehicle

After an email enquiry and a phone call to discuss a possible part exchange with my car, a deal was done subject to seeing the car at the garage

I drove 200 miles from Devon to Stoke on Trent to be met by Umesh in person

His garage was very well presented and his staff were welcoming

Umesh took care of all paperwork making the experience hassle free

I cannot stress enough how genuine and helpful Umesh was to me

The car came with a new MOT

Full service including new cam belt and water pump

A brand new set of carpets and a full tank of fuel

He even made me a fresh set of personalised number plates

If anyone is looking for a quality vehicle from a quality garage then you must give Umesh a visit

Friendly welcome

Visited Umesh at Specialist Cars for the first time as we had heard of him and his reputation was very good. Boy are we glad we did, from stepping foot into the show room we felt welcomed, not pressured, and valued as a customer. He is a lovely calm man, we purchased a Range Rover Evoque after watching one of his videos about it. We have found our new car dealer from now on. Thank you Umesh.

Very Satisfied Customers

Wanting to change our Kia and specifically looking at a Cupra Ateca. After viewing one and being unsure, we came across a beautiful looking Seat Ateca at this car dealership. We drove from South Yorkshire to take a look and met Umesh, such a nice friendly guy. The car was as described and as seen in the very detailed video taken by Umesh. We had a lovely cuppa and a chat, looked at some of the ot

Specialist Cars

My Father & I purchased 2 cars on one day from Umesh and both cars were really nicely prepared and we were trusted with independent test drives over 30 minutes each, I found Umesh to be really helpful, professional and with a eye for detail and customer service that is very rare these days, would recommend to anyone looking for a nice example of a low mileage used car

What an amazing experience

I came upon Specialist Cars while looking for an estate car. The service provided has been absolutely excellent. I called on a Saturday to enquire about a car and had it delivered to my home on Tuesday. From the very first contact the professionalism was very evident but the friendliness also shone through. The video of the car I have purchased was really helpful as I am some distance from the

Well worth the time travelling to view

I travelled by train (4 1/2 hours) from Somerset to Stoke- on-Trent to view one specific Suzuki Vitara. It was exactly as advertised, I then took 3 1/2 hours to drive home. Umesh was highly accommodating and the 8 hours travelling proved to be an investment well worth the effort. Highly recommended.
