Quality stand alone dealership

Chatted with Umesh on the phone and he kindly sent me a video of the Audi A6 Quattro, showed the wife and travelled 133 miles from Ceredigion West Wales as I desperately needed a car as mine had dismally failed the MOT a couple of days before. As soon as we walked through the door offered a hot drink by his very friendly staff, took car for test drive with Umesh hoping to obtain some fuel for the return journey only to find all garages closed through lack of fuel, luckily there was a tanker in Jet garage so Umesh sent one of his men out a bit later hoping the tanker had unloaded and he very kindly paid for half a tank of petrol to at least get me halfway home and hopefully another fuel station. Exceptional service from Umesh and all his staff and many thanks to all involved. I have been in or involved with the motor trade all my working life (now retired) it was a long day left home at 06.55am and got back at 17.55pm feeling rather tired. Thanks again Umesh and to all your staff.

My Father & I purchased 2 cars on one day from Umesh and both cars were really nicely prepared and we were trusted with independent test drives over 30 minutes each, I found Umesh to be really helpful, professional and with a eye for detail and customer service that is very rare these days, would recommend to anyone looking for a nice example of a low mileage used car

Well worth the time travelling to view

I travelled by train (4 1/2 hours) from Somerset to Stoke- on-Trent to view one specific Suzuki Vitara. It was exactly as advertised, I then took 3 1/2 hours to drive home. Umesh was highly accommodating and the 8 hours travelling proved to be an investment well worth the effort. Highly recommended.
