Secondhand Skoda Yeti

We purchased a 2011 SkodaYeti Elegance G-Line Ii Tfrom this garage. On the face of it, it looked like a good deal. But the saying that "you don't get anything for nothing" applies here. We were offered free of charge Mats, Autoglym treatment, a tank of fuel, Gap Insurance and administration charge. We questioned the inclusion of all these items as line items on the bill, but the salesman said that this was just the way the bill was presented. On leaving the show room we noticed the car was not cleaned well considering the AutoGlym, and the rear door warning signal was triggering over every bump. We went start back to see the salesman. I waiting 30minutes before being seen by another member of staff. The managers went in and out paying me no notice. However we were told the salesman would be in touch shortly. Unfortunately when he did ring he only passed us to the service department. By the time we took the car in we also noticed a 100mm circle of discolored paint on the bonnet and the AC didn't work. On getting home we did a quick search on line and found the same car, from the same garage for £1500 less.two months and two weeks later the car is the same. The sales team couldn't care less and the service team treat us like some customer how bought the car from the moon not their garage
