RUDE and unhelpful

I saw a car I liked on autotrader. I called. Wanted to arrange to see the car. The man said " I can't hear you" I tried again. He then said "call back tomorrow" and put the phone down! His opening hours are not the same as his website either! Not impressed.

Deliberately deceptive - avoid at all costs.
Purchased a Small car for the young drivers of the household. Engine warning light came on almost straight away. Took it back and supposedly problem was fixed. But there was underlying oil problem which became apparent just after one month warranty had expired and then they did not want to know. There was no way they could not have been aware of this problem but totally ripped us off. Do yourself
my new and future dealership
I was a walk in customer salesman were all tied up with appointments I had a warm friendly welcome from reception staff she also knew a lot about the car I wanted, which I found extremely helpful within 20 mins I was offered a test drive by one of the salesman done me a fantastic deal I love my car and have recommended South Birmingham Motors to all my family and friends!!! Thanks Guys :-)
Brilliant and friendly place!!!
I recently bought a used car of southbirminghammotors it was only a 03 reg Clio I was really impressed with amount of interest they showed in me even thought I was buying a cheap car and they have so many in stock. Sales staff was really welcoming what a atmosphere I would highly recommend this showroom to anyone looking for a car what a place!!!!
Clocked motor with engine swap
Went to view Toyota registration GV55 TXL, these guys listed it as 89k, but when HPI checked it said the mileage was 91k on 6/jun/13 the check was ran 23/2/15. My friend and ex Jaguar engine developer described the engine bay as having been poorly re-assembled with taped connectors and some of the air intake sitting in the rear footwell. Beware!!

No customer service
After emailing and speaking to garage in several occasions, arranged to view a car and bring ours for part-ex Explained we were 2 hours away. Got to garage on Sat to be told the car was sold day before. I do not have a problem with them selling car to somebody before us BUT I do have a problem with them not bothering to pick up phone to inform me. 4 hours if driving and fuel for noth
